Allergies
More and more people are suffering from allergies. This can be any adverse reaction to food, pets, plants, or the man-made environment. Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs help allergy sufferers by building you up from the inside, so that reactions to the environment do not occur. When your immune system is hyper-sensitive and on “high alert” it treats things as invaders that don’t necessarily need to be. Acupuncture can calm the immune system and encourage it to restrict its “high alert” status for situations that truly require it.

For 4-6 hours post cupping, avoid exposure to:
Caffeine, alcohol, sugary foods and drinks, dairy, and processed meats. These foods slow down your body's ability to process the treatment.
Hot showers, saunas, hot tubs and strong air conditioning. ...
Intense exercise.
Cold and windy conditions
Massage therapy to improve well-being
Massage therapists treat clients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. With their touch, therapists relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients.
Does massage make you look younger?
That's one of the things celebrities get injected into their faces to make them look younger. Your body naturally produces collagen, but this declines as we age. By stimulating collagen production, facial massage helps our skin become more elastic, reducing wrinkles and making it smoother-looking.
What are the risks of massage therapy?

Acupuncture & Addiction
Studies suggest that acupuncture may effectively reduce alcohol intake, attenuate alcohol withdrawal syndrome, and rebalance AUD-induced maladaptation in neurotransmitters and hormones in related brain areas. Acupuncture may effectively reduce intake of additional highly addictive substances, reduce stress-induced relapse, exert a therapeutic effect, and improving immune dysfunction. The NADA protocol advises that 5-point auricular acupuncture relieves withdrawal symptoms, prevents symptoms of craving, and increases patient participation rates in long-term treatment programs.
Gua Sha to improve well-being
Gua sha, or kerokan, is a traditional Chinese medicine practice in which a tool is used to scrape people's skin in order to produce light petechiae. Petechiae are pinpoint, round brown-purple spots due to bleeding under the skin, may be in a small area due to minor trauma or widespread due to blood-clotting disorder.
